Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with special needs
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with diverse learning needs
• Assess students' progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and support staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field 
• State certification in Special Education
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
